Back-to-Back Recognition for Aegis Aerospace and its Founder

Aegis Aerospace Inc. leadership recently announced back-to-back recognition for the company and its Founder and CEO, Stephanie Murphy.

Aegis Aerospace was named a winner on the 2023 Top Workplaces listing by the Houston Chronicle. The recognition is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey which confidentially measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization, including: alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.

“Our mission and our employees are at the forefront of every decision we make, and we are humbled and honored to learn that Aegis Aerospace ranked #44 in this employee-driven recognition,” shared Aegis Aerospace president, Bill Hollister. “We thank our employees for their commitment and integrity in their work, as well as the positive feedback received through this survey.”

At the heels of this award, Aegis Aerospace Founder and CEO Stephanie Murphy, was honored by Girlstart by being awarded a STEM Award. Girlstart is a national women-led organization devoted to empowering girls in science, technology, engineering and math (STEM), which selected Murphy for the Legend Award for dedicating her career in a STEM field and making a positive impact on others.

Murphy was honored at the Girlstart Game Changer luncheon in Austin, TX, where she also sat on a panel with two other awardees to share their experience and advice on empowering girls in STEM fields.
